Henke,
General Manager and his wife Sandy are from Eau Claire, Wisconsin and they
are both retired from SBC. This is their third year as Winter Texans and their
third year at Bentsen Palm Village. Sandy is Project Representative for Bentsen
Palm Development. She is currently working with the Retama Village project. |
| Roma
Lipka, Office Manager, has a been Valley resident for 27 years while owning
and operating an RV Park in Mission for 15 years. She has worked for Bentsen Palm
Village RV Resort since its inaugural year and Roma has been involved in management
since Sept. of 2004. |
 | Don
and Mary Ann Bradley
are from Jackson, Tn. and have been married for over 21 years. They have 3 sons,
1 daughter, and 5 grandchildren. Don retired after 34 years as a mold-maker, while
Mary Ann worked with the handicapped. This is their fourth year in the Rio-Grande
Valley and their first as workampers for Bentsen Palm Village. |

& Joyce Jibb are
from St. Thomas, Ontario and love spending their winter at Bentsen Palm Village.
Al is retired from Nortel, where he worked as a Tool and Die maker. Joyce has
retired from Thames Valley Board of Education. They have two daughters, and "twin"
grandchildren. |
 | Lynn
& Yve Lasook
are full-timers from Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada. They have been blessed with
each other for 37 years and have 4 adult children and 8 grandkids. They are returning
to Bentsen Palm Village RV Resort for their second year. Their smiling faces can
be seen in Guest Services where they are ready to help you in any way possible. |
 | Rich
& Julie Rogers, originally from Geneva, IL. We have 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren
and have been camping since we got married in 1971. We have been retired since
May of 2002. This is our fourth year as Winter Texans at Bentsen Palm Village
RV Resort and our third year as workampers. Rich will be helping out in Facility
Maintenance. Our Black Lab, Baby, loves to chase her ball and "tunnel" in the
dog training area. Julie volunteers with the video exercise program and with other
areas of the park. We sold our home in Geneva, IL and are full-time RVers. |

and Linda Ross with their dog Quincy have been in the ‘Valley’ for five winters.
This is their third year workamping at Bentsen Palm Village RV Resort, which they
consider their second home. They enjoy working in Guest Services where they are
able to meet and chat with many of the Park’s guests. They hail from Penetang,
Ontario, Canada |

Shorb is retired military. He and his wife Mary are part-timers, maintaining
a home in Arkansas. They started camping with their 2 daughters & son about 45
years ago, and have even included motorcycle camping over the years. Skip has
both experience and genuine interest in woodworking and he will be heading up
our new woodshop at Bentsen Palm Village. |
